How Gwen supports you

Gwen oversees service delivery end to end, from claim process management to daily service operation management, by:

Handling daily client queries, especially those raised at service access points such as garages
Coordinating communication between you and the insurance company on a day-to-day basis
Passing on feedback from the insurer to you as scheduled
Assisting with the preparation of claims documents and the interpretation of policy documents
Taking part in the appointment of loss adjusters and liaising with those appointed to adjust a claim
Settling and negotiating claims, and preparing briefs for arbitration and litigation support where needed
Advice and assistance with salvage disposal and repairs
